We help you design the perfect product for your maritime application. Whether your boat needs specific replacement parts, highly reliable and lightweight performance parts, or unique sculpted details. Available in plastic, metal, ceramic and other special materials.
3D SCANNING
We can offer both a high-resolution surface scan and a full reverse engineering service to ensure that our product meets your requirements as closely as possible. Possible volumes range from small parts to complete boat hulls, if required.
DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
We offer acknowledged engineering services and methods. In order to always design our products according to the latest findings, we collaborate with independent research institutes in specific development projects for materials, processes and methods.
3D PRINTING/ ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
It may sound impossible, but 3D printing processes are able to realize almost any shape, geometry and complexity. We offer exactly the material combination and production process required for your specific case. Short delivery times are state of the art (<48h express delivery possible).
MANUFACTURING CONSULTING
Our many years of practical expertise in the field of additive manufacturing can be your competitive advantage. Together with our long-term partners, we can provide location and machine-independent 3D printing globally at competitive prices. Other future oriented production processes will be also evaluated and offered if it is beneficial to your project.
DIGITAL WAREHOUSING
Spare parts supply service is an important part of any hardware system solution. We can help you digitalize your products, adapt them to the 3D printing process and thus ensure lifelong availability. This allows you not only on-demand delivery, short lead times without tooling costs, but also the possibility to integrate functions and offer added value through personalization.
Our Popular Materials
Polymers
Metals
Polyamid 11 black is obtained ecologically from renewable raw materials of the castor plant and naturally dyed black. 3D Printing gives the parts an anthracite appearance. It is an interesting alternative to PA12. PA11 parts have high elongation at break, elasticity and high impact strength. They are resistant to most chemicals and contaminants, have high UV stability and are characterized by low water absorption.
Polyamid 12 is the most common and tested material in powder based 3D printing. It resists pressure when bent, making it both strong and flexible. It is capable of mechanical and thermal loads. Especially complex models and functional integrations are possible with PA12. It is inexpensive and fast to manufacture. Its surface has a, granular and slightly porous appearance. All our 3D prints in PA12 are produced in white and can then be further processed accordingly with various surface treatments (e.g. dyeing and trovalizing).
Parts made from this white polyamide 12 powder filled with glass beads are highly rigid. PA12 GF is particularly wear-resistant and thermally resilient. All our 3D prints in PA12 GF are produced in white/grayish and can then be further processed accordingly with various surface treatments (e.g. dyeing and trovalizing).
PA11 black CF is obtained ecologically from renewable raw materials of the castor plant, naturally dyed black and reinforced with short carbon fibers. 3D Printing gives the parts an anthracite appearance. It is a functionally optimized PA11 for high performance applications.PA11 CF parts have the highest tensile strength and elasticity, high temperature resistance and impact strength. They are resistant to most chemicals and contaminants, have high UV stability and are characterized by low water absorption.
TPU has high abrasion resistance, high flexibility and high resistance to dynamic loads. It is capable of high tensile strength, elongation at tear and elongation at break. Especially with its good shock-absorbing properties, high impact resistance (even at cold temperatures) and the design freedom of 3D printing, it outperforms most conventional rubber-type applications. TPU is resistant to greases, oils, watery solutions and most solvents. Its surface is smooth with high accuracy and detail resolution.
iglide® I3 material comes with a high wear resistance and extreme stability for gliding applications. It is up to 3 times more abrasion-resistant than conventional materials for laser sintering, has low coefficients of friction and is therefore especially recommended for gears. The material is capable of good mechanical properties and detail accuracy for exact surfaces. By choosing this material you can dramatically increase the degree of design freedom for wear resistant parts.

Titanium, known for its lightweight and low-density characteristics, also boasts excellent corrosion and temperature resistance. The Ti6Al4V alloy (Grade 5), comprising 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, stands out as the most widely used titanium alloy. Its exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility make it the preferred material for challenging marine environments. Using the advantage of 3D printing, we can often produce titanium parts lighter and more affordable than most stainless steel parts.
316L is a prime choice for mechanical parts requiring high corrosion resistance, but it is especially beneficial in marine environments. Its resilience against saltwater corrosion ensures long-lasting durability and reduces maintenance for yacht parts. Additionally, 316L's capability to withstand temperatures up to 450°C and its excellent weldability, combining strength with a polished aesthetic appeal for superior yacht design and functionality.
